Deposit Policy
– A deposit is required to secure your booking
– Deposits are non-refundable
– Rescheduling is possible up to 3 days in advance
(Changes within 3 days will result in deposit loss)
No-Show Policy
– If you miss your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited
– Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings
Appointment Guidelines
1. Choose Your Style in Advance
Please select your desired style before your appointment to save time and ensure the best results.
2. Remove Makeup Before Appointment
– Please arrive with clean eyes and face
– If makeup removal is required, a £5 extra fee will be charged
– Makeup removal will also reduce your treatment timeest results
3. Arrive on Time
– Please arrive exactly at your appointment time (no earlier, no later)
– If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly
– We may not be able to provide the full service if you are late
No Extra Guests
– Please come alone to your appointment
– Additional guests are not allowed in the treatment area
Health & Safety
– If you have eye infections, allergies, or skin conditions, the treatment may be restricted
– This is to ensure your safety and the best results
Infill Policy
– We do not provide infills on work done by another technician
– Removal and a new full set will be required
Important Notice
– Changes and cancellations within 3 days of your appointment are not allowed and non-refundable, regardless of illness, accidents, or personal circumstances.
– We kindly ask for your understanding as this policy ensures fair scheduling for all clients.
